Troubleshooting
The API Key is reported as invalid
Section titled “The API Key is reported as invalid”- Re-copy every credential from the provider.
- Remove spaces before and after each value.
- Confirm that the API Key is active.
- Confirm that only read permission is enabled.
- Review provider IP restrictions.
The account connects but no positions appear
Section titled “The account connects but no positions appear”- Confirm that the selected account currently has open positions.
- Open the account filter and make sure the account is selected.
- Pull down on the Positions screen to request a refresh.
- Check whether the provider is undergoing maintenance.
An account with no open positions should still show as connected.
TickPro shows “Unable to connect”
Section titled “TickPro shows “Unable to connect””- Confirm that the phone has network access.
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Reopen TickPro and pull down to refresh.
- If the last update time continues to change, the server request is succeeding even when the selected account has no positions.
Google or email sign-in does not complete
Section titled “Google or email sign-in does not complete”- Confirm that the verification code is still valid.
- Request a new code only after the resend timer finishes.
- For Google sign-in, confirm that the browser sheet was not dismissed before returning to TickPro.
