Authorize a Futu account

Futu uses an official browser authorization flow. You do not enter a Futu API Key, login password, trading password, or OpenD password in TickPro.

Availability

This connection depends on Futu enabling TickPro’s provider configuration. If the authorization button is unavailable or the start request fails, the connection is not open for your environment yet.

Connect the account

1. Open TickPro → Settings → Futu.
2. Tap Go to Futu authorization.
3. Confirm that the browser is on Futu’s official page.
4. Sign in to Futu and choose the account or accounts you want TickPro to read.
5. Approve read access and return to TickPro.

TickPro accepts the account-reading scope and rejects a grant that contains a write scope.

After authorization, TickPro creates one connected entry for each selected account and begins syncing supported positions and USD cash data.

You do not need to provide

• An API Key or Secret Key
• A trading password
• An OpenD password or server address
• Any private key or recovery phrase

Disconnect later

Open TickPro → Settings → Futu and tap Disconnect. You can also review and revoke connected applications in Futu when that control is available for your account.
